Eric C. Madsen is a unique find in the Boston real estate community where he mixes a lifelong passion and appreciation for architecture with the experience of a professional interior designer (NCIDQ Certificate No. 27518). From staging for his sellers, to finding the hidden potential with his buyers, he provides exceptional service and a knowledgeable resource to all of his clients. Paired with his expert local knowledge of the greater Boston area, he enjoys working with new and longtime residents in the area.
Eric earned high honors from Newbury College in 2008 with a B.S. in Interior Design, and in 2010 began his career in real estate. He also contributes his time to supporting local organizations and volunteering; serving as a member of the Curriculum Board at Newbury College, and a member of the Design Committee as well as leading the Holiday Lighting Committee, both for Roslindale Village Main Streets.
Eric takes pride in providing his clients with an enjoyable real estate process, providing transparency and advocacy from beginning to end - and often beyond, when most of his clients continue to be an active part of his life.
In his free time Eric spends a good deal of time enjoying exploring Boston, discovering new things about the city, getting outdoors with his Havanese, Calvin, and blogging about his interests.
